2. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: Valid business license, EIN, and resale certificate required.
  • Verification: We may request documentation (e.g., business bank statements).

3. Ordering & Payment

Pricing All prices in USD. Subject to change without notice (confirmed orders locked).
Minimum Order $500 per order (exclusive of freight/taxes).
Payment Methods ACH, Wire, Credit Card (3% fee), NET-30* (*Approved accounts only).
Taxes Buyer responsible for sales/use tax unless valid resale certificate provided.
Backorders Shipped within 5 business days; cancellation permitted if delayed >10 days.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight (Buyer selects level/service).
  • Lead Time: 1-3 business days processing + carrier transit.
  • FOB: Supplement Sprint Warehouse (Title transfers upon carrier pickup).
  • Claims: Report shipping damage to carrier + us within 48 hours with photos.

5. Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key highlights:

  • 30-day window for unopened goods.
  • Zero restocking fees for compliant returns.
  • Free replacements for damaged/incorrect shipments.

6. Product Compliance & Disclaimers

Cap: Our maximum liability ≤ total order value.
